Business made simple desgined to helpkick start your business ideas

If you want it you need to do something about it!

The process of starting your business isn’t quite as  hard as it seems. . Most people struggle with the act of actually getting started. New business entrepreneurs are often overwhelmed with excessive pointless information found online and in most cases decide to get a job instead.

With so much junk over the internet, we understand the challenge in finding the right information. So to make it easier we have simplified the process for you in just 4 steps. We recommend you stick to the following 4 steps regardless of any business idea you have.

Magic Four steps:

first step

Find out what you actually want and be as specific as you can. Most aspiring ‘entrepreneurs’ want to get rich without identifying what they really want or what ‘rich’ means to them. Some will think of an idea and without any detailed examination assume that it’s the one billion dollar plan.

Whatever your business idea, you must have a strong passion towards goal and see it through. Having your own business is like being on a roller coaster, if your not tied well enough to your seat expect to fall at the nearest road hump. To do this make sure that you are obsessed with your idea.

Is it realistic?

The second yet most important, ask yourself; is it realistic ? And yes, I know everything is possible bla bla bla.. But is your business idea realistic? Don’t attempt opening a restaurant in knightsbridge – London, with a budget of £1000!

Understand your strengths and weaknesses. Acknowledge all that is required from marketing costs, time, effort, your personal agenda and match all this to what you currently have. Use a checklist to match everything from what your idea requires against what you currently have.

If after doing this your checklist concludes that you may not have the necessary resources, try to adjust your plan. You can always tweak your idea to suit your circumstances.

The Process

Write everything down and follow the Process. I cannot emphasis enough that you Must follow the process under any circumstances. Make a plan of what you want to achieve by setting short and long term goals. Write down a plan of how you intend to manage your performance and keep up to date with your daily tasks.

Get yourself a good diary and use a daily checklist to manage your daily tasks. Do NOT cut corners or attempt to change your plan for at-least 1 month. Understand that consistency is the key to success so everyday you must put in 100%.

Consistency

Consistency is the Key to Success! Follow the process that you set through your business plan and use your market strategy to tackle obstacles. Do not determine your business performance by results, instead base your success on your level of consistency by following the process. Break everything down into small tasks and complete them one by one.

You will in no doubt fail some of the process and feel like giving up but the Key is to remain patient. Trust the process that you set in place and follow your plan. Believe that you can make it and you will. Everything in life takes time so don’t rush a one weeks task into an hours worth of work.
